SUBJECT: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 16, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as amended), by adding a new article relating to Implementing
Sustainability and Resilience Principles for the Long-Term Wellbeing of the
County and its Inhabitants.
Attached is a Bill amending Chapter 16, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005
Editiona, as amended), by adding a new article relating to sustainability and resilience
principles.
I am requesting this bill be placed on the appropriate agenda for the October 4, 2016,
Committee meetings.
