FC-37 September 20,2016 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 634-16: RELATES TO A COUNCIL INITIATED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO FACILITATE CONSTRUCTION OF PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS TO IKI PLACE AT KOHANAIKI HOMESTEADS, KOHANAIKI, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, INCLUDING IMPROVEMENT OF THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM TO COUNTY STANDARDS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 12 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED) RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS BY ASSESSMENTS Initiates the improvement district described above and directs the Manager-Chief Engineer of the Department of Water Supply to prepare and submit to the Council a report pursuant to Chapter 12, Article 2, Section 12-10(a), of the Hawaii County Code. Bill 219: AMENDS CHAPTER 19, ARTICLE 7, SECTION 19-57 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO NONDEDICATED AGRICULTURAL USE ASSESSMENT Adds an inspection and decision notification process, amends provisions relating to imposition of a deferred tax, and adds agricultural waste lands to the non-dedicated agricultural use assessment program.
