Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 617-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 617-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via
Communication No. 1017 dated August 16, 2016, accepts the dedication for roadway purposes
of Lot A-2-A-5 identified as Tax Map Key: 2-8-007:095, situated at Makahanaloa and
Pepeekeo, District of South Hilo, County and State of Hawai`i, from Continental Pacific, LLC.
The lot contains an area of 1.082 acres and would be used for roadway purposes.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 617-16, and recommends its adoption.
