SUBJECT: Discussion Relating to Corporation Counsel's Position in the Criminal
Proceedings Against Mayor Kenoi
I request one-half hour to allow for a discussion and report from Corporation Counsel on
Corporation Counsel's position with regard to the request for certain emails in the possession
of Corporation Counsel to be turned over to the Attorney General in the criminal case against
Mayor Kenoi. This request excludes discussion of the charges or any matter related to the
charges at issue in the proceedings.
Please place this matter on the appropriate October 4, 2016 Committee agenda or on the
October 5, 2016 Council agenda.
