ORDINANCE NO. '2 92
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16-73, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
2016, TO JUNE 30, 2017.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 16-73, relating to public improvements and financing
thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION:
Wainaku Gym Facility Repairs and Renovation — County $2,250,000
(110.599.5592.55.115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -Fund Balance $2,250,000
and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
