SUBJECT: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 20, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as Amended), by Adding a New Article Relating to Disposable Food
Packaging and Food Service Ware by County Entities, County Food Vendors,
and County Facility Users.
Attached is a bill relating to disposable food packaging and food service ware.
I am requesting this bill be placed on the appropriate agenda for the October 18, 2016,
