Attached please find copy of Bill No. 60, draft 2, to amend Chapter 5, of the Hawaii
County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), proposed changes to the Building Code relating to
liens resulting from unpaid fines; props for performances or filming; access to bedrooms
& bathroc~; window guardrails; standards for ducts; the seismic zone map for the island;
and maximum spacing of certain floor planks.
