SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 244; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 16-73, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2016 TO JUNE 30, 2017.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Bill No. 244. The proposed amendment is illustrated
by Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 244 (material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken, material to be added is underscored).
Bill No. 244 is amended to correct the spelling of the word"Kaimanani" so that it reads as
follows:
"PUBLIC WORKS:
Ane Keohokalole Highway— Hinalani to [Kaimanani] Kaiminani —
