RESOLUTION NO. 704 16
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE OFFICE CHAIRS AND CASTER
WHEELS FOR THE WAIAKEA FIRE STATION.
WHEREAS, the office chairs at the Waiakea Fire Station are in poor condition and
require replacement; and
WHEREAS, the Waiakea Fire Station is requesting funds to purchase new office chairs
and caster wheels to improve their work environment; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to
the Hawai`i Fire Department for the purchase of new office chairs and caster wheels for the
Waiakea Fire Station; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $1,500
CREDITED TO:
010.221.5221.10 Hawai`i Fire Department

and Wheels)
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Fire Chief and Director of Finance, and that the Director of Finance is hereby
authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
