SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 244, Draft 2; an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 16-73,
as amended, relating to public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal
year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017.
Attached please find Bill No. 244, Draft 2. Bill No. 244 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 1069.1, as duly approved by the Council during its October 18, 2016
meeting.
The Council adopted Bill No. 244, Draft 2, declaring no substantive amendments were made to
the bill.
