SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 666-16, Draft 2; a resolution authorizing the
acceptance of the licensing and implementation of PulsePoint application software
from the Hilo Medical Center Foundation, for use by the Hawai`i Fire Department.
Attached please find Resolution No. 666-16, Draft 2. Resolution No. 666-16 was amended by
the contents of Communication No. 1084.1, as duly approved by the Council during its
October 18, 2016 meeting.
The Council adopted Resolution No. 666-16. Draft 2, declaring no substantive amendments were
made to the resolution.
