Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 678-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 678-16, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ronald Kim, via
Communication No. 1106 dated August 28, 2016, accepts the dedication of Road Lots 103 and
114 of Subdivision No. 7555, being a portion of Tax Map Key No.: 7-5-020:001 (por.), situated
at Puapuaa 1st and 2", District of North Kona, Island and County of Hawai`i, State of Hawaii,
from Kahakai-Kona, LLC, a Hawai`i Limited Liability Company.
The lot contains areas of 9.352 and 1.089 acres, respectively, and would be used for public road
purposes.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 678-16, and recommends its adoption.
