SUBJECT Transmitting Bill No. 218, Draft 2, Relating to Exemptions from Real
Property Tax by Way of Dedication of Land for Agricultural Use
Please find attached Bill No. 218, Draft 2. Bill No. 218 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 923.7, as duly approved by the Finance Committee during its meeting
on October 19, 2016.
Subsequent to amendment, the Committee postponed Bill No. 218, Draft 2, to
the call of the chair.
