SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 240, Draft 2, An Ordinanc- Amending Chapter 18, Article
4 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, As Amended), by Adding a
New Division Relating to the Hele-On Kako`o Complementary Paratransit
Service.
Please find attached Bill No. 240, Draft 2. Bill No. 240 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 1047.3, as duly approved by the Committee on Public Safety and Mass
Transit on October 19, 2016.
