Bill 248: AMENDS CHAPTER 20 OF THE HA WAIT COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE RELATING TO DISPOSABLE FOOD PACKAGING AND FOOD SERVICE WARE BY COUNTY ENTITIES, COUNTY FOOD VENDORS, AND COUNTY FACILITY USERS Would prohibit the use of polystyrene food containers and food service ware by the County or at County facilities, beginning July 1, 2018.
