SUBJECT: Appropriation Ordinance for the
1999 Community Development Slock
Grant (CDBG) Program
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) an Appropriation
Ordinance for the 1999 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Program.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the ordinance at its meeting of
April 6, 1999. Accordingly, I am requesting that this ordinance
be included on the Council agenda for action at its April 21,
1999, meeting.
