SUBJECT Transmitting Bill No. 242, Draft 3, Relating to Implementing Sustainability
and Resilience Principles for the Long-Term Wellbeing of the County and its
Inhabitants.
Please find attached Bill No. 242, Draft 3. Bill No. 242, Draft 2, was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 1062.4, as duly approved by the County Council during its
meeting on November 2, 2016.
Subsequent to amendment, Bill No. 242, Draft 3, failed on first reading due to the following
vote count: four"ayes"; five "noes."
