RESOLUTION NO. 725 16
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT COUNTY PARK
FACILITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 3, INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION OF A
STORAGE ROOM AT THE WAIAKEA-UKA PARK BASEBALL FIELD.
WHEREAS, there are many improvements that need to be implemented at County park
facilities in Council District 3; and
WHEREAS, these improvements include constructing a storage room at the Waiakea-
Uka Park baseball field; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation for a storage room at the Waiakea Uka Park baseball
field and various improvements at existing county facilities in Council District 3; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance, and that the Director
of Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
