PC-35 November 15,2016 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS BILLS FOR ORDINANCES Bill 256: AMENDS CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 25-4-51 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED) RELATING TO OFF- STREET PARKING AND LOADING Establishes the required number of parking spaces for dwellings or lodging units that are occupied for a period less than 180 days. Kai) (Area: 9.323 acres) The Windward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for this change of zone, which would allow the applicant to subdivide the property into four parcels of approximately two acres each. The applicants state they will live on one parcel that has an existing home and reserve the other parcels for their immediate family.
