Re: Bill No. 234, Draft 3; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 14, Article 14, Division
3, Section 14-86 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended)
Relating to Street Names.
Attached is Bill No. 234, as amended to Draft 3 with the contents of Communication No. 1025.5
on November 16, 2016, by the Council.
To allow approval on final reading after amendment, the Council voted to suspend Rule No. 24-1
of the Council's Rules of Procedure and Organization.
