3. Appointment of the Chairs, Vice Chairs, and members of the following Committees:

b) Planning
c) Public Works and Parks and Recreation
d) Environmental Management
e) Agriculture, Water and Energy Sustainability
1) Public Safety and Mass Transit
g) Human Services and Social Services
h) Governmental Relations and Economic Development
4. Appointment of the Representative and Alternate Representative to the Executive
Committee of the Hawaii State Association of Counties (HSAC).
