Subject: Resolution of the Council of the County of
Hawaii Authorizing the Mayor to Enter into a
Contract with the Kalapana Gardens Community
Association and to Enter into any Required
Agreements with the United States Government,
the State of Hawaii or other Governmental Body
or Agency and for the Payment of Funds of a
Later Fiscal Year
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through the
State Civil Defense Division, has requested that the subject
resolution (Communication 239, Resolution 72-99) be withdrawn
from consideration at this time. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
