Hayashi, dated June 24, 1991, responding to a request as .to whether the above-mentioned property's CV-10 zoning would be redesignated to its original Open zoned district should the owner or its assigns not comply with conditions of the ordinance. States if zoning conditions cannot be met, Condition M mandates the Director to initiate rezoning to the parcel's original or more appropriate designation. Further states, should the owner or assigns request an administrative time extension to comply with the conditions, the criteria set forth in the conditions must also be met.
