Fern Acres Annual Meeting

Board Members present: President: Frank Commendador,Vice President: Hank Schultz,Treasurer:
Marilyn Baptista, Bob Cravalho, Angie Cravalho, Patti Pinto, Eric Coyl, Board Secretary: Claudia Ziroli,

Previous Minutes: Hank motions to defer approval of the June meeting until the regular August Board
meeting.Angie seconds.All in favor, Passed.
Results from the Annual Election for the Board of Directors:78 votes were cast.All three Board
members: Frank Commendador, Hank Schultz and Robert Cravalho were re-elected unopposed.
All elected members sworn in to office.
Election of Board Officers as follows:
Hank Schultz nominates Frank Commendador for President. Patti Pinto seconds.
Marilyn Baptista nominates Hank Schultz for Vice President. Robert Cravalho seconds.
Hank Schultz nominates Marilyn Baptista for Treasurer. Frank Commendador seconds.
Hank nominates Claudia Ziroli for Secretary. Robert Cravalho seconds.
All nominees accept their nominations.All in favor, Passed.
President's Report:We have an open Board position through 2015 -2018. Please be thinking of people
who might be willing to serve.
Frank reports that we received a letter from Marty who own the first lot on
Pikake Street-bordering Puhala extension. Marty is requesting.that we leave the gate up and closed
until the County says otherwise. He will move the container-"which Hank is pretty sure is on the Puhala
right of way as soon sthe County approves the project. Frank says that the gate is not locked and the
survey team can get in when they need to do so. Frank says that the EA is nearly complete and the
survey has begun.
** ACTION:SHELLY- Frank wants a letter to go out to Marty stating that we are notable to honor, nor
guarantee that the gate will not have to come down.The gate will need to be removed. Bob seconds, all
favor, passed.
**ACTION : SHELLY-It is reported that Shelly is concerned about the web site. Trista has 'gone dark'
again and can't be reached. Meanwhile, the site is unfinished. We will need a professional web person
to take over and maintain the site.
