CL 4(.E avenue)is not conducive to our environmental,economic and social cohesiveness of our
community.We are rejecting the proposal from Ad Hoc Committee appointee Mr.lllagon.
1. There are no central corridors in the master plan submitted by Hawaiian Acres in Land court
2. K.ioele Ave. (E Ave) is not drivable because of flooding,native forest,lava tubes,and caves.
3. The main connector on Moho Rd.is less than 50 feet visibility.This is already a dangerous
intersection.
4. This does not meet AASHTO Code.
5. This does not connect to highway 130 for emergency access as stated in criteria.
6. We are a completely agricultural zoned community, we do not want a commercial highway.
7. E Ave. is a designated equestrian trail,which is the only one near Orchid&Rose St.
All the proposed routes that are mapped,have not been mentioned by the ad hoc committee.This is
unheard of data. No highways are to be allowed open 24 hours for commercial vehicles. We have 75-
:1.00k cars down Moho rd. The experience of Moho Rd.not meeting the criteria,we do not think any
connectors will help our community.
