Enclosed is a resolution <br /> authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Hilo Medical Center to provide <br /> training to the Hawai`i Fire Department paramedics. <br /> Please waive this resolution from the Finance Committee and place it on the December <br /> 21, 2016 Council agenda in order to process this agreement as soon as possible.
