I support Resolution#707 16. I support this new resolution because I have seen so many dogs here on the Big Island
suffering while tied to chains. 1 have seen that these dogs bark and howl nearly 24/7 hoping someone will come
rescue them or give them the attention they-need to thrive. Many of them are stuck outside in the rain with filthy
bowls and flies all around them because they can't even escape their own waste and urine. The chains are so short the
dogs cannot exercise or move freely_. We need this resolution at a minimum to help these dogs. Please vote yes for
this . thank you.
