My name is Karen Duncan and I live at 36-122 Laupahoehoe,HI 96764.
My County Council Rep is Valarie Poindexter.
I am STRONGLY in support of Resolution 707 16.A number of dogs in my neighborhood are tethered and
my heart goes out to them.They live a very lonely and sad life.These owners do not give them any
attention or take them for walks.Most are extremely thin.This ordinance is the least that we can do for
these social creatures that deserve a better life.
