Aloha nui loa to all County Council Members.
Please know I am in complete favor of passing ANIMAL CRUELTY BY PROHIBITING THE
UNSAFE TETHERING OF DOGS, Resolution#707 16.
The animals of our Island need a voice and it is with sincere kokua that you, as
our county governing body, pass this resolution for the betterment of our dogs.
The tethering and chaining of dogs is truly animal abuse and cruelty in one of
its' worst ways.
