Subject: "short leash" law
Aloha council members,
Please support councilwoman wille's"short leash" law. i've seen animals tethered (near my home and many places) in a
manner that's inconsistent with the proper, humane treatment of man's best friends.
I've testifited previously on this effort and believe it's a no-brainer that should include money and will for enforcement
of this law.
