representative is Daniel K.Paleka Jr. .District 5.
I support resolution#E'707 16,a resolution urging the 2017 Hawaii State Legislature to prevent animal
cruelty by prohibiting the unsafe tethering of dogs.
I have seen firsthand the cruelty of this act,and urge the Legislature to act to prevent further cruelty to
these animals.
