Good morning,
My name is Rudy Kok,and my address is 17-519 Ipuaiwaha st.Keaau,Hi.96749.My council
representative is Daniel K.Paleka Jr. .District 5.
I support resolution#707 16,a resolution urging the 2017 Hawaii State Legislature to prevent animal
cruelty by prohibiting the unsafe tethering of dogs.
I have seen firsthand the cruelty of this act,and urge the Legislature to act to prevent further cruelty to C
these animals.
In addition,it should also be made illegal to"store"dogs in cages too small for them to get exercise.
