I,Phyllis M Stine of 35-1981 Old Mamalahoa Hwt Unit 2b,Papa'aloa Hi 96780,support the passage of
resolution 707 16. My County Council Representative is Valerie Poindexter.
I understand this is just a beginning,yet a milestone to aid in the stopping of continued abuse of dogs in
specific.
I would love to give full on stories,but for now will keep this simple. Please,please help us by passing
this resolution.
