Oceanic Properties, Inc. has agreed to donate to the County of
Hawaii the 5.47 acre area identified as Parcel B on Exhibit "A"
of the Ainakea Village Subdivision rezoning application (Bill
No. 154) for future elderly housing activities. The dedication
will occur after final subdivision approval has been granted
for the first phase of our Ainakea project and will be without
any conditions on the use or ownership of the property.
We hope that you will work closely with the Kohala community,
and particularly the North Kohala Senior Citizens in developing
a project we can all be proud of.
