Kona, Hawaii TMK:(3)7-3-10:37 In accordance with your requirements, we respectfully submit our second Annual Progress Report for the subject Ordinance No. 97-56, as follows: 1. Condition B - We have paid for 18 water commitments through the Kona Source Agreement II and also have made deposits for 6 additional water commitments on October 18, 1996. The Department of Water Supply has indicated that the water commitment for 9 additional water units for Increment II is projected to become available during 1999. 2. Condition D - We received Tentative Approval of the Preliminary Subdivision Plat Map for the proposed 341ot residential subdivision (RS-10) from the Planning Department on July 15, 1998. We plan to clear the property, have a topographic survey of the property made and commence with the construction drawings for the required infrastructure during the next year. 3. Condition I - The Archaeological Inventory Survey report for the subject property was approved by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Historic Preservation Division on July 9, 1997. We are still in the process of developing a preservation plan for the Alanui Kauhini (Old Government Road) with the State Historic Preservation Division of the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
