This appointment was effective at 12:00 noon on Monday, December 5, 2016. <br /> Mr. Yee has over 25 years of experience in program management, project implementation, strategic <br /> planning, resource development and community outreach. Mr. Yee obtained a Masters of Business <br /> Administration from the Seattle University, a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Architecture and <br /> Urban Planning from the University of Washington and a Certificate of Financial Planning from the <br /> College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. His resume is attached for your information. <br /> Mr. Yee will serve a term co-terminus with my tenure, which will end on December 7, 2020. <br /> Pursuant to Rule 5(6)(g) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council of the County of <br /> Hawai'i, we respectfully request a waiver of this nomination through committee so that it may be <br /> considered by the full County Council on January 5, 2017.
