This appointment was effective at 12:00 noon on Monday, December 5, 2016. Mr. Yee has over 25 years of experience in program management, project implementation, strategic planning, resource development and community outreach. Mr. Yee obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the Seattle University, a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Washington and a Certificate of Financial Planning from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. His resume is attached for your information. Mr. Yee will serve a term co-terminus with my tenure, which will end on December 7, 2020.
