BILL NO. 4
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP FOR THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM THE
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT KUKUIHAELE,
WAIKOEKOE, HAMAKUA, HAWAII (TAX MAP KEY: 4-8-006:003).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map for the County of Hawaii are
amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows:
The district classification of the following area situated at Kukuihaele,
Waikoekoe, Hamakua, Hawaii, shall be Urban:
Beginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land, and on the north side of
Honoka`a-Waipi`o Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to
Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU MAUU NORTH" being 6,447.74 feet
North and 1,789.12 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True
South:

and containing an area of 8,803 square feet.
All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
