Subj: Erroneous Waiver Letter Attached to Communication No. 19
This is to inform all recipients of public documents distributed by the Office of the County
Clerk that page four of Communication No. 19 is incorrect and should not have been
attached to that document.
The matter was not waived by Mr. Kanuha, Chair of the Committee on Governmental
Relations and Economic Development, as indicated by the letter, nor was the waiver
disapproved by Council Chairwoman Valerie Poindexter.
Mr. Kanuha rescinded approval of the request to waive the matter on December 12, 2016.
