Request for Executive Session, Attorneys' fees
Dear Chairperson Arakaki:
The Office of the Corporation Counsel would like to request that this matter be placed on the
County Council's agenda at its earliest possible meeting under Executive Session. The purpose
for requesting Executive Session is to discuss the status of this case and request for the Council's
approval to increase the ceiling to pay attorneys' fees and costs in this case.
