Request for Executive Session
Dear Chairperson Arakaki and Counci] Members:
The Office of the Corporation Counsel requests the opportunity of meeting with the Council in
Executive Session at its earliest possible meeting. The attorneys representing the County and co-
defendant Chief of Police Wayne G. Carvalho would like to advise and update the Council on the
status of the above entitled case and discuss the trial. Any courtesy you could extend to them in
scheduling a specific time to appear before the Council would be greatly appreciated.
