Request for Executive Session, Litigation Expenses.
Deaz Chairperson Arakaki and Council Members:
The Office of the Corporation Counsel requests the opportunity of meeting with the Council in
Executive Session at its earliest possible meeting. The Office of the Corporation Counsel seeks
permission to increase the ceilings for counsel representing the County and various co-
defendants in this case. The request for an Executive Session is being made because the trial
strategy and litigation in this case will be discussed.
