I am writing to support the appointment of Joseph Kamelamela to head the
Corporation Counsel Department of the County of Hawaii.
I am retired social worker who has lived and worked in this community
since 1979 and am very familiar with our island's politics. I am also a voter
who has participated in every election.
I have known Mr. Kamelamela for over 30 year and believe he has the
knowledge, skills, experience and integrity to lead this department. He is
also team player who has deep roots in our community and will place the
County of Hawaii above any personal matters and ambitions.
Please support Joseph Kamelamela's appointment.
