We respectfully request an hour of time for a presentation by William Rolston, Energy
Coordinator, with the County of Hawai`i Department of Research and Development regarding
Hawai`i Island's Energy Program.
Thirty minutes should be allowed for the presentation and thirty minutes for questions and
answers.
