Bill 3: Amends Ordinance No. 16-72, as Amended,the Operating Budget for the County
of Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017. Increases revenues in the Federal Grants—
State Homeland Security Program Fiscal Year 16 account($200,000); and appropriates the same
to the State Homeland Security Program Fiscal Year 16 account. AYES: Council Members
David, Eoff, Kanuha, Lee Loy, O'Hara, Richards, Ruggles, and Chair Poindexter— 8;NOES:
None; ABSENT: Council Member Chung— 1; EXCUSED: None.
