AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16-73, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2016 TO JUNE 30, 2017.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 16-73, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PARKS AND RECREATION:
Pana`ewa Equestrian Center Repairs/Improvements
(110.599.5592.56) $150,000
SECTION 2. General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources $150,000
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
