SUBJECT: A Resolution urging the Hawai`i State Legislature to implement the
Rapid `Ohi`a Death Part I: Strategic Response Plan for Hawai`i
2017-2019 and to provide funding to implement the plan over the next
three years.
Attached is a resolution urging the Hawai`i State Legislature to implement the Rapid `Ohi`a
Death Part I: Strategic Response Plan for Hawai`i 2017-2019, and to provide funding as
identified in the plans budget.
I am requesting that this item be placed on the next appropriate committee agenda, for the
Councils Committee meetings on February 7, 2017
