Comm. 154: PROPOSAL TO MAKE THE DEATH PENALTY A TELEVISED SPECTACLE'
From Concerned Readers & Sincere Citizens dated
February 2 , 1977, asking that a letter signed by Paul
Mark Clark in the Hawaii Tribune-Herald Readers Forum on
January 24,, 1977 proposing "to make the death penalty a
televised spectacle" be firmly opposed.

Comm. 172: LEGISLATIVE PROPOSAL
From Legislative Auditor Harry Takahashi dated
February 15 , 1977, transmitting for information, copies
of testimonies as presented by Director of Finance Stanley

S.B. No. 235 , Relating to General Excise Tax.
