Department of Environmental Management
Pursuant to Council Rule No. 2(12)(c), I respectfully request an hour on the Environmental
ivlanagement Committee agenda for a discussion with William Kucharski. Director of the
Department of Environmental Management. I will be requesting that he provide an overall
update of his department's programs, projects and public services. Please place this item on the
Environmental Management Committee agenda for its next meeting in Kona on February 21,
2017 after 1 pm to accommodate Mr. Kucharski.
