The County Council will consider the following proposed tax rates for all classes of real property for the fiscal year 1992-93 : Building Land ( Per $1 ,000 Net (Per $1,000 Net Valuation) Valuation ) A. Improved Residential 8 . 25 8 . 50 B . Unimproved Residential 8 . 25 10 . 00 C. Apartment 8 .25. 10 . 00 D. Hotel/Resort 8 . 25 10 . 00 E . Commercial 8 .25 10 . 00 F. Industrial 8 . 25 10 . 00 G . Homeowner 7 . 50 7 . 50 In considering the proposed rates, the Council may increase or decrease the rates pending the results of the Public Hearing . All interested persons are invited to attend and they shall be afforded the opportunity of being heard. Those desiring to address the County Council must register as a speaker at the Office of the County Clerk on or prior to the public hearing. Speakers are requested to submit copies of their testimonies, if possible. Those unable to attend may file their written comments on the subject before the Council acts on the subject matter by addressing their correspondences to Hawaii County Council, 25 Aupuni Street, Hawaii County Building, Hilo Hawaii 96720 .
