Pursuant to the requirements of Section 19-90 , Article 11,
Chapter 19 of the Hawaii County Code, notice is hereby given that a
public hearing will be held before the Council of the County of
Hawaii to consider the proposed real property tax rates for all
classes of real property in the County of Hawaii . The County
Council will consider the following proposed tax rates for all
classes of real property for the fiscal year 1992-93 :

In considering the proposed rates, the Council may increase or
decrease the rates pending the results of the Public Hearing .
All interested persons are invited to attend and they shall be
afforded the opportunity of being heard. Those desiring to address
the County Council must register as a speaker at the Office of the
County Clerk on or prior to the public hearing. Speakers are
requested to submit copies of their testimonies, if possible. Those
unable to attend may file their written comments on the subject
before the Council acts on the subject matter by addressing their
correspondences to Hawaii County Council, 25 Aupuni Street, Hawaii
County Building, Hilo Hawaii 96720 .
